does it work?
Using some of the latest internet and
recruitment software, the Talentlink matches the profile of candidates
against Assignments that we are handling on behalf of clients. In each case
we will have taken a detailed brief from our client, covering job
description and person specification together with a full definition of all
the skills and competencies required. This will enable us to get the closest
match between our clients’ requirements and what a candidate is looking for.
All processes are continuously scrutinised by specialist recruitment
consultants.
If you are shortlisted for a vacancy, you will
be invited to a preliminary interview at the Talentlink, prior to being
interviewed by the client. As part of your interview with the Talentlink you
may also be asked to submit further biometric information, complete
pre-interview questionnaires or psychometric profiling, depending on client
requirements. Candidates will obviously be made aware if these additional
aspects are to be completed. In some instances candidates may be required to
produce Certificates to verify qualifications and professional memberships.
