Grantham
Mentioned as a Royal Manor in the Doomsday
Book, Grantham was for centuries the preferred stopping place for kings and
noblemen travelling up and down the country. It has The George Shopping
Centre which has a variety of shops. A market is held every Saturday with
fortnightly Farmers Markets offering local fayre. Also boasts the UK’s
largest Garden Centre.

through to 6th Form Centres are available.
Featuring a variety of places of interest
to visit within the town itself and a number of famous stately homes and
castles are located in the near vicinity. It has three golf courses and
there are several Art Galleries to visit along with cycle routes and walks.
For the evening there is a selection of restaurants and wine bars to try.
The town offers a range of housing to suit
everybody from traditional town houses to modern and executive housing in a
semi-rural location.
Excellent road links situated just off the
A1, with Newark and Melton Mowbray within easy travelling distance. The A607
and A52 are easily accessible. With rail links to major towns.
